The Allentoff Institute was formed for just this purpose, and provides trainings and educational opportunities to CDSLT employees. Much of CDSLT’s current leadership started with the company years ago, many in entry-level positions. Current CDSLT CEO Andrew Sewnauth worked as a Direct Support Professional when he first joined CDSLT, and Executive Vice President of Operations Kate Wagner began her career at CDSLT as a registered nurse.
