CDS Life Transitions (CDSLT) was named as a Best Company to Work for in New York State by the Rochester Business Journal, but what does this mean? Let’s break it down!
First and foremost, a survey conducted by a third-party was distributed to all of our employees. Because it was conducted by a third-party, employees’ responses were completely anonymous, allowing for honest answers without fear of repercussion from a supervisor or management.
