Who We Are
Established in 2007 and named in honor of CDS Monarch founders, Lew and Phyllis Wolf, the CDS Wolf Foundation supports the vision and priorities of CDS Life Transitions. The Foundation seeks donations to enhance programs that enrich the lives of people with individualized and complex needs served by CDS Life Transitions. As a strategic partner, we promote the visibility of CDS Life Transitions to encourage advocacy and support of its mission and programs.
Residential and community living services, transitional housing for Veterans, affordable housing, clinical services, case management, recreation activities, and emergency assistance are some of the areas that the CDS Wolf Foundation supports.
Our Commitment
The CDS Wolf Foundation is committed to the responsible stewardship of donations and the appropriate use of resources to best impact the lives of the individuals CDS Life Transitions serves. The CDS Wolf Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization. All gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Andrew SewnauthAndrew Sewnauth, MBA, MDivChief Executive Officer, CDS Life TransitionsExecutive Director, CDS MonarchAndrew Sewnauth joined CDS Monarch in 2005 when he began his career as a direct support professional and has served in numerous capacities since his start. He is the Executive Director of CDS Monarch, with responsibilities for all day-to-day operations as well as administrative functions. As Chief Executive Officer for CDS Life Transitions, he supports all affiliates through strategic leadership.

David GreenmanDavid GreenmanExecutive Director of Advancement, CDS Wolf FoundationAs Executive Director of the Wolf Foundation, David brings over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the team. David works with executive leadership to develop advancement plans and fulfill the agency’s mission. Prior to CDS, David held numerous development roles providing strategy, supervision, planning, and direction in all areas of institutional advancement. He is a graduate of Canisius University in Buffalo, NY.

Eric StewartEric StewartDirector of Mission AdvancementEric joined the CDS Wolf Foundation in 2023 and is responsible for expanding our philanthropic support and managing advancement information systems. Before CDS, he spent seven years in higher education advancement and served as an adjunct instructor at Medaille University. Eric earned a BA and MA in history from California State University, Northridge. He also holds a Master of Business Administration and MS in Finance from Niagara University. Eric is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Katie HallKatie HallAssociate Director of Advancement EventsKatie joined CDS as an Events Coordinator in 2023, bringing over twelve years of event direction and restaurant management experience, as well as a commitment to increasing efficiency. In her current role with the CDS Wolf Foundation, she is responsible for directing all major fundraising events and developing key partnerships to advance our strategic goals. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science in English Literature at the State University of New York Brockport.
