The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Your support makes it possible for us to continue to help veterans, families, children, and seniors in our community. Without your help, we could not continue to provide quality services to those who need it most.
Ways to Get Involved
Organizations and community members can hold third-party fundraisers in which they plan and run an event which financially benefits the CDS Wolf Foundation. These events often include, but are not limited to, golf tournaments, euchre tournaments, and others, as long as they are compliant with the CDS Wolf Foundation third-party fundraising policy.
Are you interested in holding a fundraiser or event in support of one of our CDS Life Transitions community of companies?
Leave a lasting legacy through our various Planned Giving Opportunities. This is an opportunity to make a life-long impact on the lives of those in our community. Your support helps enrich the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, veterans with PTSD or who suffer traumatic brain injury and military sexual trauma, and seniors in our area.
Planned Giving options include bequests, retirement plans, securities, trusts, charitable gift annuities, pooled income funds, life insurance policies and life estate contracts, among others.
Event & Sponsorship Opportunities
The CDS Wolf Foundation is proud to host three major annual fundraising events: the Strikes for Abilities Bowling Party, the Teeing Off for Abilities Golf Tournament, and SALUTE: A Toast to Our Veterans event. All events raise money to directly support unfunded areas of need at CDS Life Transitions, and the golf tournament and SALUTE event raise dollars to directly support veterans in Warrior Salute Veteran Services. Each of our events have a variety of sponsorship levels and opportunities. Visit our events calendar to learn more about upcoming events and to inquire about available sponsorship opportunities.
We welcome and appreciate the time and talent our community can bring to those we serve. Join our event committees to help with event fundraising and preparation, as well as to provide assistance on event days with set up, registration, raffles and auctions. Aside from events, we accept volunteers through programs like the United Way’s Annual Day of Caring to assist with projects at our locations around the Rochester area. We also accept interns who can develop career interests while earning college credit.
