CDS Life Transitions Announces Grand Opening of CDS Rx Webster Location
Building on its 45-year history of helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors, veterans, and families, CDS Life Transitions is expanding its affiliates to include CDS Rx pharmacy, the first full-service pharmacy in the local human services landscape. The grand opening of the CDS Rx Webster location will take place on Wednesday, May 18 at 11:00 a.m.
“CDS Rx is an integrated pharmacy service where the pharmacist, patient, and care manager work together for the best health outcomes. The patient-centered pharmacy model at the heart of CDS Rx is a true alternative to the transactional-based pharmacies that hold a large part of the market, especially for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said Andrew Sewnauth, the President and COO of CDS Life Transitions.
CDS Rx pharmacy is housed inside the Wolf Life Transitions Center at 860 Hard Road in Webster, on the CDS Life Transitions campus. It is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. It is closed from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. daily for a pharmacist meal break.
