CDS Wolf Foundation hosts ‘Teeing Off for Abilities Golf Tournament’
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The CDS Wolf Foundation hosted the 33rd annual Teeing Off for Abilities Golf Tournament at Oak Hill Country Club Monday.
“In a year when many charity golf tournaments have been canceled due to the COVID pandemic, we are thrilled to be able to hold this critical fundraising event,” CDS Life Transitions President and CEO Sankar Sewnauth said. “All proceeds from this event help fund Warrior Salute Veteran Services and allow us to continually innovate and expand the clinical therapies that benefit area veterans.”
Warrior Salute Veteran Services helps veterans and military families heal and transition back to civilian life. It helps local veterans through both its outpatient programs and transitional housing at the Nucor House. Clinical services, housing, food, amenities and transportation are provided to veterans for free.
