At CDS Life Transitions (CDSLT), our mission is centered on people… and that commitment extends not only to the individuals we support, but also to the employees who make our work possible every day. 

We are proud (but not surprised) that CDSLT has once again been recognized as one of New York’s 2026 Best Companies to Work For. We were first awarded this prestigious honor in 2024 and celebrated being acknowledged as an organization that excels in creating positive workplace cultures, fostering employee engagement, and supporting professional growth. 

What makes this recognition meaningful is that it is based largely on our employees’ feedback. Through a confidential survey process, team members shared their experiences, perspectives, and insights about working at CDSLT. Their responses helped demonstrate what we have always believed: our people are the heart of our organization.
