96 Apartment Second Phase of CDS Housing Azalea Village Complex Joins Phase One to Bring Total of 146 New Homes to the Community

Phase Two of the 96-unit Azalea Village has been completed in the Town of Webster and will provide housing to seniors 55 and older.
