New apartments at affordable senior housing development in Webster completed

Webster, N.Y. (13 WHAM News) – An affordable senior housing development in Webster is continuing to expand.

The governor’s office the second phase of the Azalea Village Project has been completed. It adds 96 apartments to the 50 residences currently there.

Rents for the residences range from $385-$954. Eligible tenants must be 55 years old or older. All those who live at the development are eligible for services at the nearby Wolf Life Transitions Center.
