From the Webster Post:

The CDS Wolf Foundation hosted its 29th annual Teeing Off for Abilities Golf Tournament on July 18 at Monroe Golf Club. The event raised $162,000 for unfunded areas of need at CDS Life Transitions including new community living programs.

CDS Life Transitions provides services for over 3,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, chronic illnesses, seniors and veterans across 22 counties. “We are very excited that, due to the generosity and hard work of our supporters, volunteers, board and team, we were able to raise so much money to help the people we assist,” said CDS Life Transitions president and CEO Sankar Sewnauth. “Whether they want to find jobs, an apartment or home, or whatever they want to do to be successful, we’ll be able to continue helping them down their path to success.”
