David Philip began his journey with CDS Monarch by living in the Hardwood Lane IRA for several years before moving into the community into his own apartment in 2013. He continues to be successful through CDS Monarch’s community habilitation, supported employment and efforts on his own to progress in his career at Wegmans (where he has been employed for over 6 years), with the support of his family and friends.
