iCircle named 2019 Top Workplace by Rochester Democrat and Chronicle
Webster, N.Y. – iCircle is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Democrat and Chronicle!
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“While we have spent countless hours building a system that provides our members with the high-quality care they deserve, we have put just as much time and effort into developing a team of employees who are empowered, valued and have a passion for those we serve,” said Sharon Marble, COO of iCircle. “We would not be here without the hard work and dedication of our staff and we are incredibly humbled to know they care so deeply about our organization.”
