The Wolf Foundation hosts annual Shortstack Saturday Mascot Madness Pancake Breakfast

Webster, N.Y. – Dec. 5, 2015 – The Wolf Foundation is hosting its annual Shortstack Saturday Mascot Madness Pancake Breakfast on Saturday December 5th from 8am to 11am at the Wolf Life Transitions Center at 860 Hard Road, Webster, New York. The breakfast is a fundraiser for CDS Monarch’s Families in Need fund.

“The Wolf Foundation raises money to allow CDS Monarch to provide extra support around the holidays and during emergency situations throughout the year.” CDS Monarch President/CEO Sankar Sewnauth said. “The Shortstack Saturday event is a fun way for us to bring the community together in support of these individuals and their families.”

CDS Monarch’s Families in Need fund assists families with expenses for basic necessities to ensure adequate care for an individual with a disability. The fund relies entirely on donations from members of the community, and fundraisers, including Shortstack Saturday Mascot Madness, to replenish the fund.

Over 15 local mascots as well as Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on site for the breakfast. Tickets are available online at www.thewolffoundation.org/events, as well as at the door for just $5.

The Wolf Foundation, named in honor of CDS Monarch founders, Lew & Phyllis Wolf, seeks donations to help support the growth and expansion of CDS Monarch’s otherwise unfunded community services. Learn more: www.thewolffoundation.org
