My Twin Tiers: Neighbors discuss possible Southside senior housing project

Plenty of interest tonight — as well as concerns — at a meeting to discuss a proposed affordable apartment project for seniors on Elmira’s Southside.

City Councilman Dan Royle hosted tonight’s meeting and says the 11 million dollar project would be a significant investment for the neighborhood.
