The big boom may be over, but Webster continues to grow

While the number of projects is down from a peak in the early 2000s, commercial and residential building in Webster is cruising along at a steady clip.

At least two dozen projects are in some stage of development.

Hard Road senior housing: CDS Monarch Inc. has received town approval for plans to build senior housing on a five-acre parcel on the east side of Hard Road, north of 860 Hard Road. The plan is to build a two-story apartment building containing 50 units with 71 parking spaces.
