Thomas Bonadio donates $25,000 to Warrior Salute program

Thomas Bonadio, CEO and managing partner of The Bonadio Group, presented a $25,000 check Wednesday to CDS Monarch in Webster. The donation will benefit Warrior Salute, a CDS Monarch program that helps veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and Military Sexual Trauma (MST), transition back into the civilian community through services and training that foster growth and development.

“I was recently introduced to the Warrior Salute service of CDS Monarch and immediately knew that this was an organization I wanted to support,” said Bonadio. “Warrior Salute is a way for our community to care for the veterans who have selflessly protected our country. I believe that programs like Warrior Salute will make a difference in the transition our troops face.”

Warrior Salute staff work with veterans and their families to provide comprehensive clinical services that are built around the unique needs of each service member and their family, including individual and group mental health counseling, complementary alternative therapies such as art and music, as well as independent living skills training, vocational rehabilitation, case management, and temporary housing (as needed). The program is administered locally, but is open to all U.S. veterans through an application process available through self-referral or agency and partner referral with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or hospitals.
