CDS Monarch partners with CP of Rochester/Happiness House to open article 16 satellite clinics
In collaboration with CP of Rochester/Happiness House, CDS Monarch is opening four satellite article 16 clinics throughout the Rochester area. These clinics will offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive services from CDS Monarch.
“Changes in funding from the Center for Medicaid Services and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities have given us the opportunity to form this partnership and streamline our clinical services at four locations,” CDS Life Transitions President/CEO Sankar Sewnauth said. “By opening these centralized locations, we can better coordinate our clinical services and optimize their efficiency.” CDS Life Transitions is the parent company that oversees CDS Monarch.
“We are looking forward to partnering with CDS Monarch,” Mary Walsh Boatfield, President and CEO of CP Rochester and Happiness House, said. “Together, our agencies will deliver an enhanced level of therapeutic services to people of all abilities in and throughout Monroe County.”
The four satellite clinics will be at the Wolf Life Transitions Center and Webster Creative Opportunities locations in Webster, as well as the Linden Creative Opportunities and Penbrooke Creative Opportunities locations in Penfield.
