Patriot Guard Riders of New York announces 2nd Annual Heroes Run fund-raiser

Patriot Guard Riders of New York announced today that they will be hosting the 2nd Annual Heroes Run Fund-raiser at St. Paul’s Fireman’s Exempt, located at 690 Thomas Ave., Rochester, NY 14617.

The event starts with a ride; registration at 10 a.m., with the ride leaving at noon. Motorcycles, as well as cars, are welcome. The ride will include a stop at the West Webster Fireman’s Memorial dedicated to the fallen West Webster firemen, which includes Mike Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka, killed during an ambush Christmas Eve 2012; David Clapp, who died in 1986; and William Bostian, who died in 2005, to pay respect and honor these heroes. Special portrait paintings of Mike Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka will be presented. The next stop will be at CDS Monarch on Hard Road, Webster, to conduct a short service of respect and to honor the Warrior Salute heroes at the CDS Monarch Veterans monument. The ride will continue on with stops in Ontario and Macedon, then back to St. Paul’s Fireman’s Exempt for a picnic-style dinner and live music at 4 p.m. by patriotic singer DannyB and the Morgan Crispy Band. The fund-raiser includes a raffle of his and her leather vests valued at more than $500 and a 50/50.’
