CDS Housing was the first of its kind in New York State: a mission based non-profit committed to providing the supports that unique populations need to live and thrive in their communities.

Andrew SewnauthAndrew Sewnauth, MBA, MDivChief Executive Officer, CDS Life TransitionsExecutive Director, CDS MonarchAndrew Sewnauth joined CDS Monarch in 2005 when he began his career as a direct support professional and has served in numerous capacities since his start. He is the Executive Director of CDS Monarch, with responsibilities for all day-to-day operations as well as administrative functions. As Chief Executive Officer for CDS Life Transitions, he supports all affiliates through strategic leadership.

Patrick PinkertonPatrick PinkertonDirectorAs Director of CDS Housing, Patrick is involved in the management of all CDS affordable housing developments from site acquisition and financial feasibility analysis through award funding and construction completion. Post-construction he is also responsible for the ongoing oversight of all assets in the CDS Housing portfolio. Prior to working for CDS, Patrick worked in the public sector as Deputy Director of Development Services for the Town of Irondequoit, where he oversaw the Town’s Planning, Zoning, and Building Departments. Patrick earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Cornell University.

Robin RubadoRobin RubadoSenior Project ManagerRobin has over 28 years’ experience in Affordable Housing; prior to working at CDS Housing she held the following positions, Vice President of Housing, Director of Asset Management, Project Manager and Director of Compliance. Robin has a degree in business from Bryant & Stratton and holds the following designations: CPM, HCCP, C3P, COS, Star, Shining Star and LRM. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed real estate salesperson and Notary in the State of New York. Robin was named 2013 CPM of the Year by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Rochester Western New York Chapter 58. She has vast experience working with agencies in multiple states such as New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also brings experience in compliance programs such as HUD, DHCR, Tax Credit, Rural Development and HOME. Her commitment is results driven while maintaining honesty, integrity and always achieving the customers goals.

Brian KehoeBrian KehoeProject ManagerHired in early 2022, Brian is involved in all facets of CDS affordable housing development, including: preparation of funding applications, community relations and management of construction budgeting. Brian brings years of experience in municipal planning to the affordable housing field. Brian also has related experience in infrastructure funding, transportation equity, and farmland preservation. He earned a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Buffalo.
