CDS Housing, a CDS Life Transitions company, offers high-quality, accessible, and affordable community-based housing.Serving seniors, families, veterans, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other unique populations, CDS Housing is an integrated community to call your own.

CDS Housing was the first of its kind in New York State: a mission based non-profit committed to providing the supports that unique populations need to live and thrive in their communities.

    Andrew Sewnauth joined CDS Monarch in 2005 when he began his career as a direct support professional and has served in numerous capacities since his start. He is the Executive Director of CDS Monarch, with responsibilities for all day-to-day operations as well as administrative functions. As Chief Executive Officer for CDS Life Transitions, he supports all affiliates through strategic leadership.

    Robin has over 30 years of experience in Affordable Housing; holding positions such as VP of Housing, Director of Asset Management, Sr. Project Manager, and Director of Compliance. She has a degree in Business and holds the following designations, CPM, HCCP, C3P, COS, STAR, Shining STAR, LRM. Robin is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Notary in the State of New York. She has vast experience working with agencies in multiple states as well as experience in Project Management and Program Compliance; such as HUD, DHCR, Tax Credit, Rural Development, and HOME. Robin’s commitment is results driven while maintaining honesty, and integrity, and always achieving the customers’ goals.

    Brian is involved in all facets of the development of Affordable Housing, including preparation of funding applications, community relations, and management of construction budgeting. He has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Buffalo and brings years of experience in municipal planning, infrastructure funding, transportation planning, and farmland preservation.

    Renee has over 20 years of experience in Affordable Housing, holding positions such as Community Manager, Senior Property and Regional Manager, and Compliance Manager. With a degree in business management, Renee holds the following designations: C3P, TCS, TCSA, COS, STAR 515, HQSS and is licensed as a Real Estate Sales person. She has vast knowledge and experience working with local and state agencies, and compliance programs such as HOME, HHAP, NYSHCR, Rural Development and HUD; administering and maintaining grant awards, including compliance and regulation for ESSHI, SPC, PSH, SHP, and other housing grants..
