Community Prevocational Services
Our Community Prevocational Services help participants to adapt to work routines, acquire appropriate work habits, and adjust to workplace demands.  Individuals work with staff to develop and enhance their current skills which will enable them to find job placement in the community, all while receiving on-the-job support during the course of their employment.
CDS Monarch provides two state-of-the-art training centers focused on food and janitorial services, manufacturing opportunities, as well as the opportunity to be out in the community exploring different genres of employment.
Supported Employment Services (SEMP)
Supported Employment Services (SEMP) provides a number of services to assist someone in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment.
